  Walked in walked out. Oppressive stench of cigarette smoke permeated the air from front door to restroom and back. Had wanted to have lunch and a beer, but the air quality was so poor. I really don't mind a smoking establishment but this was so over the top, that it was just stupid. Open a window. Get some air purifiers. Burn some candles. Something. I don't see how you could even taste the food, while breathing in pure cigarette smoke. Gross. Really disappointed.

  For the ones that feel a need to trash this establishment for the cigarette smoke they have a driver through. If you choose to take time out of your day to trash this place based on you walking in and being overwhelmed by the smoke, I hope you'll be smart enough to use the drive through because the food is the absolute best as far as I'm concerned, in the entire state of Kentucky. Of course it all depends on the type of fare you are looking for but bar wise, it can't be beat. No, I do not work for this establishment , i do not have friends that work here either, nor am I from this great state. I am military and have been for almost 20 years. I've been all over the world and while here in Kentucky I have chosen Otter Creek Tavern as a place not only to feed myself quite often but also my children. So, to those that keep dragging this place down only because of the smoke, use the darn drive through. By the way, I don't smoke. I use the drive through and I love it. Peace out

  The food is good but the only downside of the restaurant is that it always smells like cigarettes.
